Welcome to the website of Precise Technical Services, Inc. (“PTS Mechanical,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.ptsmechanical.com and apply to all HVAC, roofing, and generator services offered by PTS Mechanical.

1. Services Provided

PTS Mechanical offers residential and commercial services including, but not limited to:

HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance
Commercial HVAC design, build, and replacement
Rooftop units, split systems, ductwork, ventilation & air quality systems
Generator installation, maintenance, and repair
Roofing repair, replacement, and attic ventilation
Welding & fabrication
General mechanical services

All services are subject to technician availability, permitting, material supply, and scheduling conditions.

2. Quotes, Estimates & Proposals

2.1 Estimates

All estimates—verbal or written—are non-binding until accepted in writing. Prices may change due to:

Additional work required
Code compliance upgrades
Permit requirements
Material or equipment availability
Unexpected conditions discovered during service

2.2 Accuracy of Information

Customer agrees to provide accurate information including:

Property access
Equipment model/age
Photos or descriptions
Existing system conditions

Inaccurate information may result in revised pricing.

3. Scheduling & Service Appointments

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to:

Provide safe access to equipment
Ensure someone 18+ is present during service
Secure pets from the work area
Notify us of cancellations at least 24 hours in advance

Missed appointments may incur a service or trip fee.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the invoice terms:

Service/repair calls: payment due upon completion
Installation projects: deposit may be required
Commercial jobs: per contract terms
Financing jobs: subject to lender approval

We accept major credit cards, checks, ACH, and financing (where available).

Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Financing

PTS Mechanical offers financing through Wells Fargo Home Projects®, subject to approved credit.

Financing is between you and Wells Fargo.
PTS Mechanical does not store or process your sensitive financial information.
Promotional terms and approval decisions are determined solely by Wells Fargo.
Changes to financing terms are outside PTS Mechanical’s control.

Customer agrees to review and comply with lender disclosures.

6. Warranties

6.1 Workmanship Warranty

PTS Mechanical provides a workmanship warranty on installation services for the period stated on your invoice or project contract.

6.2 Manufacturer Warranties

Equipment warranties (e.g., Trane, Generac, etc.) are provided by the manufacturer, not PTS Mechanical.

Customer is responsible for:

Registering equipment when required
Following maintenance schedules
Using approved parts and service providers

6.3 Warranty Limitations

Warranties do not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper operation
Acts of God, storms, power surges, flooding, lightning
Obsolete, discontinued, or unavailable parts
Pre-existing equipment defects
Owner-installed components

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law:

PTS Mechanical is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
Customer assumes responsibility for preparing the property for work (clearing access, protecting personal items, etc.).

PTS Mechanical is not responsible for damage caused by:

Unsafe property conditions
Mold, asbestos, electrical issues, structural defects
Property not built to current code

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information
Maintain equipment per manufacturer guidelines
Grant safe access to work areas
Comply with local codes and permitting rules
Pay invoices according to terms

9. Website Use

9.1 Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, graphics, and layout—is owned by PTS Mechanical and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

9.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the website

Non-payment
Threats, harassment, or inappropriate behavior

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any disputes will be handled within the appropriate courts located in Harris County, Texas.

PTS Mechanical may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
